'Calorie Killa Cardio' is exactly what it says on the tin... let's get stuck in and burn those calories.

 

A fitness session of cardio and a secondary effect of toning your body... "Kill 2 birds with 1 stone"... excuse the pun!

Hit 'Em Low

Strengthening and toning the lower half of your body, that will help in making the little things in your day-to-day life far easier. It could be as little as running for your bus, to improving balance when carrying multiple bags. In addition it improves strength, body tone and sculpts lower muscular groups. Compound exercises will contribute to core muscle development.

Boost The Glutes

In this fun filled exercise class, the primary goal will be to work that booty... and have it looking as good as possible. You will be doing a variety of exercises that targets all 3 gluteus muscles: Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius, and Gluteus Minimus. Let the progress commence!      

- Muscle development, especially all 3 gluteus muscles.
